Service Description
Nutritional assessment / evaluation and our first step in creating your plan for your specific health needs and goals. Dietary coaching, lifestyle and supplement recommendations are included. The new patient appointment is up to 90 minutes. Clients are given a plan to follow at the initial consult. Number of follow-ups depends on specific health goals.
