Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe (12 oz)
Ingredients:
1 lb. roasted, unsalted, shelled peanuts
2 tablespoons avocado oil (more if peanut butter needs to be thinner)
2 teaspoons hazelnut oil (optional)
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
Directions:
In a food processor, add peanuts, oils, sea salt and honey and blend until wanted creaminess level.
Nut butter will form a ball and will level out again - just keep blending
The longer you blend, the creamier it will be
*Note: place in mason jar and store in refrigerator
*Can replace peanuts with almonds, cashews, sesame seeds, etc. ☺
