Green Juice / Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cucumber sliced
3 stalks celery
3 leaves of Kale
1 cup spinach loosely packed
1 in piece of ginger
2 Tbs lime juice
2 apples
Directions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
2. If drinking as a juice: strain in a fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth to remove pulp. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
3. If drinking as a smoothie: pour into a cup as is and enjoy!
